A UI/UX & Graphic Designer is responsible for creating seamless, visually engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. UI (User Interface) design focuses on the look, layout, and interactive elements of a product, while UX (User Experience) design ensures that every interaction feels intuitive, efficient, and enjoyable. Together, these disciplines shape how users see, feel, and navigate websites or applications.

Beyond digital interfaces, the role also extends to graphic design, where creativity and branding play a major part. From crafting compelling visuals to defining the product’s tone and identity, a UI/UX & Graphic Designer ensures consistency across every touchpoint. Qualification, Experience & Skills

  • Must be a graduate. Candidates having computer science/software engineering, or any related field will be preferred.
  • Candidate having min. 2 to 3 years of exp.
  • Person should have good communication skill and command over english.
  • Should have a strong understanding of UI design principles, user-centered design, and UX best practices.
  • Should be proficient with UI/UX design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Should have basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and how designs translate into front-end code (a plus, not mandatory).
  • Should have experience in creating wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and user flows.
  • Should be able to conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to improve the user experience.
  • Should be familiar with design systems, style guides, and maintaining consistent branding across platforms.
  • Should understand how to collaborate with front-end developers, using tools like Zeplin, Figma inspect, or design hand-off features.
  • Should have experience working with version control platforms like Git or GitHub to collaborate on design assets and documentation.
