Qualification, Experience & Skills

  • Explore, conceptualize, and evaluate innovative ideas, especially in AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
  • Lead ideation workshops, brainstorming sessions, and innovation sprints.
  • Conduct deep research into market trends, user behavior, and competitive landscapes to validate new concepts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, product) to turn ideas into prototypes and MVPs.
  • Develop and pitch business cases for new product ideas, AI applications, or process improvements.
  • Stay updated with the latest in AI, machine learning, blockchain, and industry disruptors.
  • Create innovation roadmaps and contribute to strategic planning for long-term product vision.

Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Innovation Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in innovation, product R&D, AI strategy, or related domains.
  • Strong analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience working with or understanding AI/ML tools, chatbots, NLP, automation, etc.
  • Familiar with innovation frameworks such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, or Blue Ocean Strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, visual, and written.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for experimentation and rapid iteration.
