UI/UX designer

A UI/UX Designer is someone who focuses on the user experience and interface of websites and applications. While UI (User Interface) design refers to how a digital product looks and feels, UX (User Experience) design is about how it works and how users interact with it. You can think of UI as the visual and interactive elements users see, and UX as the overall journey and satisfaction they have while using the product. UI/UX Designers play a key role in ensuring that digital products are both visually appealing and easy to use.

Qualification, Experience & Skills

  • Must be a graduate. Candidates having computer science/software engineering, or any related field will be preferred.
  • Candidate having min. 2 to 3 years of exp.
  • Person should have good communication skill and command over english.
  • Should have a strong understanding of UI design principles, user-centered design, and UX best practices.
  • Should be proficient with UI/UX design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Should have basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and how designs translate into front-end code (a plus, not mandatory).
  • Should have experience in creating wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and user flows.
  • Should be able to conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to improve the user experience.
  • Should be familiar with design systems, style guides, and maintaining consistent branding across platforms.
  • Should understand how to collaborate with front-end developers, using tools like Zeplin, Figma inspect, or design hand-off features.
  • Should have experience working with version control platforms like Git or GitHub to collaborate on design assets and documentation.
